We also have a long and strong relationship with Fannie Mae, providing our customers with additional financing options. In addition, we have the ability to help our customers secure tax credit equity and tax-exempt bond financing through our bind affiliates across the country.

For our commercial customers, Great Lakes remains dedicated to finding the best sources of long term financing throughout stable and turbulant markets. We have a wide array of affiliations and partners allowing us to provide financing solutions for office, retail, and industrial and properties.

We service over $700mm of loans for our customers.
