Eligible properties include multi-family, retail, office, and light industrial assets.
Pricing is set by the current market place and clients can expect terms up to 10 years with 30-year amortization schedules. Minimum loan amount range from $1,000,000 and LTV's are not to exceed 80%. DSCR parameters of 1:25x:1 normally need to be met.
