Eligible properties include multi-family, retail, office, and light industrial assets.

Pricing is set by the current market place and clients can expect terms up to 10 years with 30 year amortization schedules. Minimum loan amount range from $1,000,000 and LTV's are not to exceed 80%. DSCR parameters of 1:25x:1 normally need to be met.
