Great Lakes Financial Group closed Shadow Creek Apartments. A $6.8 million HUD 223 (A) (7) project in North Royalton, Ohio. The HUD 223 (A) (7) is designed to refinance prexisting HUD loans. Through the HUD program the borrower was able to reduce debt service, and with the new interest rate realize a savings over the life of the loan. Great Lakes is greatful for the oppurtunity to help another partner.
