Liora Reznichenko
Director of Commercial Lending

Liora Reznichenko joined Great Lakes Financial Group in early 2006. Having spent the majority of her career in the commercial lending sector at two national banks, she transitioned into Great Lakes to focus on Capital Markets/CMBS lending, as well as pension funds and life insurance companies. Her clients and properties of interest are nationwide, and include retail, office, light industrial, and multi-family projects.

Liora graduated from Brandeis University with a BS in Neuroscience and Statistics and holds an MBA in Finance.

Kristina Getter
Director of Multi-Family Lending

Kristina Getter specializes in multi-family lending with a focus on Freddie Mac, FHA/HUD, and Fannie Mae. Prior to joining Great Lakes Financial Group in 2008, Kristina was the multi-family loan consultant for Washington Mutual serving Cincinnati, Columbus, and Dayton Ohio.

Kristina's career in commercial real estate spans more than 20 years with experience in multiple sectors of the real estate industry, including banking, appraisal, residential land development, economic development and corporate real estate.

Kristina obtained her BBA in Finance from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from Wright State University. 

Dave Nixon
Director of FHA/HUD Lending

Dave Nixon heads up the FHA/HUD department at GLFG and has been with the company since 1999. Mr. Nixon graduated from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio in 1990, the same year in which he received his Certified Public Accountant Certification.

He began his career in public accounting with the firms of KPMG Peat Marwick and Price Waterhouse, located in Cleveland, Ohio, and spent four years with the Cleveland based Real Estate Development firm of Forest City Enterprises, prior to joining Great Lakes Financial Group. Mr. Nixon has extensive experience in Real Estate Finance with a strong focus on FHA Multifamily and Affordable Housing programs.

Hugh Jeffers
Director of FHA/HUD Lending Mid Atlantic Region

Hugh Jeffers joined Great Lakes financial group in 2006 and has more than 15 years of experience in the financing of office, retail, industrial and multifamily properties.
From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Jeffers was with NCB Development Corporation and served as managing director of the FHA Lending Group. From 2004 to May of 2006, Mr. Jeffers was the FHA Screening Director for Arbor Commercial Mortgage.

His primary area of expertise is in FHA multifamily financing as well as Fannie Mae Senior Housing programs.
